RimatriX5: Comprehensive service - high level of efficiency. Even if the task is not a simple one, the path to finding a solution need not be complex. At least, not if you are with Rittal from the outset. True, the integration of an individual rack is much more manageable than the development of a complex installation concept for an entire IT centre. Step by step to the right solution. Generally speaking, we divide the entire process – the route from analysis to solution – into three phases: The quotation phase, the implementation phase, and the maintenance phase. The initial stages in phase 1 involve ascertaining the customer’s requirements, selecting a solution, visualisation of the solution, calculation, construction meeting, more detailed specification of requirements, and planning. In phase 2 we accompany you through to your ultimate goal. This stage is characterised by installation, implementation and logistics. In phase 3, you have the option of agreeing a range of maintenance and service packages with us.

The single thread that unites all these phases is service. From presales, to sales, through to postsales, we tailor the ideal package of services to suit every module.
