With the Rittal LCP is an availability of up to Tier 4 according to the Telecommunication Industry Association (TIA) possible. With the basic assembly of rack and LCP every Tier requirement may be fulfilled.
Tier 1
Single paths for power and cooling, no redundancy.
Must be disconnected for maintenance.
Tier 2
Single paths for power and cooling with N+1 redundancy in components.
Tier 3
Double paths for power and cooling with N+1 redundancy in components.
Available with LCP Standard, LCP+, LCP Smart
Tier 4
Double paths for power and cooling with 2(N+1) redundancy in components.
